Traceability of fish and meat with Google Glass

Imagine that you are looking at a piece of fish in a supermarket with Google Glass and you can see via a QR code where, when and by whom it was caught and how long it is still safe to be eaten.

Since the food crises in the 90s, food companies are required to know each origin of all ingredients and this is digitally recorded with Traceability Software. Scanning a QR or barcode is already possible with your smartphone or tablet using Google Now since the integration of Google Goggles.

Let's hope that the customer is allowed to know.
